Tonight I went out and snapped a few more photos of Bluebell and Blossom. She is currently with Blossom during the day, then separated at night. We milk Blossom in the morning, then they go together again.
These two (above and below) were taken a couple of mornings ago (Saturday, I think). The lighting and dewy grass were just so pretty, and of course, so was the sweet family milker and her baby!
Close-up photo of Bluebell's udder... Very correct, as far as I can see. |
Bluebell has been sold. She is learning to lead, and I am hoping to have some good lessons with her in the future, as I handle her more and more. She is handled most evenings by Bo (13) and LilyAnn (11) when they separate her from Blossom. We try to keep it as low-stress as possible, and they both accept it very quietly now.
It's so fun to watch her growing!

Hi there! I love it when you leave comments on my posts, but they will be moderated since this is a public blog and I do not know who will be reading it. I request that only decent, ordinary English be used in comments, as I do not really understand other languages, and do not wish to read slang or strong language.
